-If PAS is considering an economy, then,
the producer will be teachers who provide knowledge to the students. On the
other hand, the students will be the consumers who pay money for the service,
which is learning knowledge from the teachers. The service is produce from the
educated teachers who had learned the fundamental knowledge from each respected
academic subject areas. CEO, who is the head of the school, is both producer
and consumer. CEO is responsible for paying salaries for every teacher she
hires, and provide (buy) necessary materials for student or teachers to learn,
such as tables, computers, test books, white boards, and many other
learning-related materials. Moreover, CEO is also the one who makes the choices;
she is responsible for the risks and the choices she makes.
-In PAS, student council is an example
of a group who reflects self-interests to school, which is consider a small
society. For example, some of the members in student council think that school
lunch isn’t good. Therefore, they provide microwave food during lunch. This
example represents the benefits originally were made for oneself also benefits
the society as a whole, because other students who are not in the student council
can also having this benefit.
